CÚL REDZ Coaching Nursery

In 2011 Edenderry GAA Club established the CÚL REDZ Coaching Nursery. The coaching programme operates on Saturday mornings from 10.30 am to 11.30am and caters for Boys and Girls between the ages of 4 and 8. The purpose of the sessions is to introduce the children to the fundementals of gaelic games by following the ABC & Having a Ball programmes from the Fun Do Resource Pack.

We have witnessed a dramatic increase in our numbers since the commencement of the programme with 180 different children having attended the sessions with the average attendance running at 110 weekly. This has pushed our resources to the limit but has also encouraged new coaches to get involved which is another positive aspect.
