U10 Footballers to host Blitz

Under 10 Footballers Eager to beat the best!

On Saturday the 3rd of September Edenderry Under 10 footballers will play and compete alongside some of the best clubs in Leinster in a Blitz in our own home grounds.

The other teams taking part are Lucan Sarsfields, Portlaoise, Leixlip, Navan O'Mahony's and Longford Slashers. The Boys will have to play 5 group games before being in either the A,B or C final respectively.

The squad has been training hard every Friday night at 6 o'clock in preparation for this blitz. It is a testament to the boy's that the under 10 management feels that they are good enough to compete with the best teams in the country.

Training has been going really well so let's keep up the hard work.

We would like to thank all the teams for agreeing to take part and also the team owes a huge debt of gratitude to Patrick Larkin who will provide food on the day for the travelling teams.

If you are free or available to help with refereeing, the food/tea coffee or organising any part of the day then please come along! All help would be appreciated in showcasing our Club and the talented footballers we have!
