Edenderry's junior 'C' team will face Bracknagh this Monday night in Gracefield in the competitions semi final. Having secured a victory over Cappincur in the final round of the group stages, the old reds were drawn versus Bracknagh in the semi final.
These sides met a few weeks ago with Edenderry winning 2-14 2-13 on that occasion and Joint-manager Willie Forde says preparation for the semi final has been intense.
"The lads are taken this very serious, right. Most of them, well some of them, even trained last week and a good few of them told me they're not going out this weekend, right" Mr Forde stated.
Junior 'C' is a competition Edenderry have never won. They have lifted the junior 'A' title on 3 occasions in 1925, 1933 and 1997 while they also won a junior 'B' title in 1976.
