Successful start to senior league campaign

Division one league:

Edenderry 2-14. Gracefield 1-15

Edenderry seniors got their league campaign off to a winning start with a two point win away to Gracefield this afternoon.They led at half time by 1-05 to 05 points due to a Sean Doyle goal .Edenderry started the second half well with some great points by Derek Kelly and a goal from John Gorman but Gracefield had a great last quarter and finished only two points behind.Edenderry picked up injuries to some of their better players during the game.
