Seniors beat Rhode in championship opener

Our senior footballers started their championship campaign in good style as they travelled to Rhode to face the reigning champions.

The reds trailed at half time 0-8 0-6 but a strong final fifteen minutes in the second half saw the reds overcome the challenge and win by two points.
