Offaly Ladies land U16 Shield

Edenderry GAA club would like to say well done and congratulations to the The Offaly Ladies Under 16 team who won their Leinster Final on Sunday last against Louth in Portarlington.

The girls dominated the game from start to finish and ended up winning on a scoreline of 6-9 to 1-8.

Edenderry were very strongly represented with 8 players on the panel with our own Rebecca Gorman captaining the team. The other Edenderry girls were Danielle Kavanagh, Ciara Brady, Shauna Farrelly, Claire Connolly, Ciara O'Connor, Nicole Farrelly and Orla Whelan.

Gabriel Gorman was also on the management team. Well done to all involved.
