EDENDERRY HOMECOMING 9PM TUESDAY 1 OCT - THE SQUARE, EDENDERRY

A hearty congratulations to the Offaly Ladies on their great win against Wexford on Sunday. Edenderry were heavily represented in both Management and playing side of things. Former Edenderry Senior Manager Greg Farrelly led the girls to victory by implementing a very professional approach over the last number of years. Recently Club Registrar Alan Ennis and Edenderry Senior Player Colin McNamara joined his staff and made significant contributions. On the field of play Christine McDonnell, Kym Furey, Shauna Farrelly, Ciara Brady & Becca Gorman all represented Edenderry & Offaly with pride. We must also mention Emma Dalton the sister of Edenderry midfield Richie Dalton, Emma will line out centre back but plays her Club football with Rhode.

The Girls were cheered on by a sizeable Edenderry contingent in Croke Park and were also given a great send off from Edenderry Pavilion on Sunday morning.
