Kelly to start against Kildare

Offaly have made two changes to the starting 15 to play Kildare this Sunday in Newbridge at 2pm in the second round of the O'Byrne cup. Edenderry's Derek Kelly will mark his first start when he replaces James Keane who misses out through illness.
