Hectic schedule ahead for adult footballers

GAMES SAT 15 AND SUN 16 FEB CANCELLED DUE TO ADVERSE WEATHER

The senior footballers will play on each of the next three Saturday's starting on February 15th when they travel to Ballycumber to take on the 2011 League champions. Edenderry's opening game was postponed last weekend due to bad weather but Ballycumber's game did go ahead and they scored an impressive 0-16 0-8 win over county finalists Rhode.

On Saturday week, February 22nd, the reds will host Tubber in Edenderry at 4pm while a week later they host Clara at 4pm in a re-fixture of the clash that fell foul of the weather on Saturday last.

The junior footballers were also idle last weekend due to weather but they begin their league campaign this Sunday at Noon with a tricky trip to away to Intermediate side Doon. Then they will face off against Febane on March 2nd in Edenderry at Noon in a re-fixture of the postponed game from Sunday past.
