Congratulations Michael Duignan

Oh behalf of Edenderry GAA we would like to congratulate Michael Duignan on being elected Chairman of Offaly County Board last night. We wish him and his committee the very best in 2020.

Our club man, Colm narrowly lost out by just 2 votes. In a statement Colm said "I’m disappointed by the result last night but delighted for the lads on getting over the line. I’m committed to helping the new Management Committee in any way I can and hope to get involved at some level, however, I haven’t given any thought to any of the vacant positions as yet. I’ll reflect on it in the coming days."
