Congrats to Offaly Ladies & U16 Boys

Congratulations to the Offaly Ladies as they beat Derry in the All-Ireland Semi-Final in Carrickmacross last Sunday 5-16 to 1-03. The management team is all Edenderry with Greg Farrelly, Alan Ennis and Colin McNamara (Physical Trainer). There are 6 Edenderry girls on the panel namely Christine McDonnell, Kym Furey, Shauna Farrelly, Ciara Brady, Orla Kelly and Rebecca Gorman. The girls now take on Wexford in the All Ireland Final on Sunday 29th September in Croke Park and live on TG4.

Also a very big congratulations to Lee Hyland and Jordan Hayes as they played their part for Offaly against Westmeath in the Fr. Manning Cup Final Replay in Pearse Park Longford on Friday evening. After a tough contest Offaly captured the Cup for the first time on a score line of 3-14 to 5-05.
