1. What did it mean to win St Mary's 2nd only Leinster 'A' colleges title?
Winning St mary's 2nd leinster 'A' colleges title meant the world to me. It has been a hard year for myself, and it was nice to see all the hard work that I put into the school football pay off.
2. At the start of the year, did you honestly feel that the team could go this far?
Well at the start I knew we had a strong team but when we played our league match against Marist Athlone I began to question ourselves. I had a slight feeling that it was our year this year.
3. In your opinion, who has been your star performing this year?
Well apart for myself? I would have to say Phillip 'digger' Foy even though I scored 3-2 off him at training. Every match he has been put up to a challenge by marking the big names and always came out on top. Daniel Grehan is up there too he’s been amazing this year.
4. Who was your toughest opponent so far in your career?
Toughest opponent would have to be Lorcan Dolan for Moate. It was one of my first games corner back and I hated it.
5. Who is the best player you have played with?
Daniel Flynn. He's a very good footballer and he will do well in his career.
6. Who is your laziest team-mate?
The laziest would have to be all the Carbury boys. They’re never at training and if they were they would be half doing a drill.
7. What position do you prefer to play?
Well I would rather play wing forward but I'm stuck as a back now so I may deal with it.
8. What has been the highlight of your career so far?
Starting wing back on the team that won the Leinster 'A' colleges title and kicking two points in the final.
9. What does it mean to you to play in Croke Park?
Words can’t really describe what it means to me. It’s a dream come true and I may never get this opportunity again.
10. What would you like to achieve at club level in your career?
Well hopefully another county senior championship, maybe a Leinster and an All-Ireland you would never know.
